Welcome Avery Mae

Ready or not here she comes! Standing in the hall of St. Luke's Hospital was not on my list of Monday errands. I actually had a lot of things I still needed to do BEFORE Avery Mae made her debut.

However, she wanted to prove that she was a true Hannant and shake things up a bit. We were admitted and settled into our room around 12:30 and by 2:45 she was ready. I think she wanted to see if Dad could deliver her, because she was not wanting to wait for the Doctor to come in from down the hall. She was ready to show the world her beautiful face!

Dad was just relieved that Mom was happy again and that all the nurses and doctor all made in time to catch the baby.

Mom, well I am just happy to be done! After being up most of the night with inconsistent contraction and an all natural child birth, I am ready for a nap!

Avery, all clean and warm is ready to join Mom in that nap!

Sweet Addie loves her little sister. After spending all day with her cousins they came to bring Addie back to her family and meet their new partner in crime.

Little do they know that it is not a sleep over in Aunt Jenny's fanciful bed! Too bad they still had their shoes on. It is a really good thing they are all so stinkin' cute!

Big Sister Loves her new baby and was even more excited to see Mom and Dad again! We will have to see how long it takes for this love relationship to stumble into the hate relationship of siblings! We will just have to wait until this honeymoon is over and then we will see the true colors of these sisters!
