A Few Hannants Short

Keeping the cousins busy while Mom and Aunt Jody try to get things ready for the big move can really ware a kid out!
Cousins! They may look cute but believe me the are tornado of fun!
The last sleep! We like to pack them in like sardines! That way the mess is contained.
The morning that the Cousins left was one sad day at our house! Addie woke up and everyone was gone! She was scared, sad and confused. She didn't understand why Sydney couldn't just turn around and come back. It might of been a whole lot of Hannant in one not so large house, but they sure had fun. I guess we will have to make a trip to Seattle and give Aunt Jody the pleasure of our Tornado of Fun!

Avery is a lost on the whole cousins moving away thing, but she sure is happy to sleep in her own bed again and show off her new tricks! Good Ol' Av, keeping me on my toes!

Girls Will be Girls

Boooooooo, our cousins are moving far far far away! In anticipation of the big move we have been over helping Jody and spending as much time as possible with our cousin!
Addie loves to go to Sydney's house to play with Abby!  Yes you read that right, it is Sydney's house not Uncle Dave's or Aunt Jody's
The three little fishes love the hot tub!
After playing with Cousins all day, they still have energy to play with Dad! If only I had that kind of energy!
This is the real Addie! A silly billy of a girl who refuses to actually smile and look at the camera!  I wonder if she will still like this picture when I put it in her High School Yearbook!

Impromptu Trip to Utah

See it's not just me, even grandma puts the girls to work!
Our family might still be learning how to work, but we sure know how to play!
We love the park just around the corner from Grandma's house.

Even Monkey got to come and join in the fun!  Monkey is the child I never had, I carry Monkey, clean the food off of Monkey, and wash Monkey, so pretty much he is an easy going kid!
Those cousins sure know how to have some fun!
As much fun as it is to go to Grandma's it sure is nice to come home!

Hangin' with the Hannants

At the Hannant House one is never to young to be put to work!  You dirty it you clean it!  If only it worked like that, my job would be a whole lot easier!!!
The State Fair is the perfect place to go when you need a self esteem boost!  It is also a money trap, but hey Addie loved it, and didn't even notice all the weirdoes!
It is a good thing we started with the petting zoo.  By the time we were finished with all the animals the girls were too tired for the rides!  YES, my plan worked perfectly!  Next year I will work on being a better parent!
Woooo Hoooo I think I'm ready for the Rodeo! We sure love our Ellie Dog, and it is a good thing she REALLY loves the girls!
Yup, thats the face behind the camera.  Yup I'm still around, haven't changed much.
 Cheese!
Don't you wish all weeks were this much fun!  Good thing the girls know how to turn any day into a good day.

Older and Wiser

Now that the girls are 1 year older it is time to implement all that they had learned in the previous year of their lives. 1st and foremost Avery learned that Dad's drink is always the best, and that you better act fast before it is gone!
Avery also has learned that if you use 2 toothbrushes on your 3 teeth, you will get better results!
Addie has learned that playing with Foster can be more fun than Mom.  Dogs don't yell at you!
The view is always better at the top of something, so why not climb it and take a look!
If you want to get a job done right, you have to look the part!
If you don't want sister to bother you, go somewhere where she can't reach you!
Lastly, Monkey makes everything better!
These are the important lessons that define our childhood memories!  I can't wait to see what they come up with next!
