Another Week

Another uneventful week has come and gone.
Avery Still LoVes to eat! She even tries to feed herself. Just make sure you don't give her the cheap stuff. She is a little diva who has a refined pallet and prefers the Ella's Kitchen organic food to plain ol' Gerbers.
While MoMo came for the long weekend aka her spring break, we had a girls afternoon with nail polish, Cadbury eggs, and movies! Ahhh it is fun being girls!
Avery really Loves those Red Vines! That kid sees them and gets so excited that I can't help but give her one! How can you say no, to that face? I sure can't!
Addie is sporting her new swim soup and relaxing in her pool! I think this kid is ready for summer! It is a good thing that she has an active imagination. She never ceases to amaze me. Everyday she has a new adventure.
Google and BIG One. Told you, she is creative!

The girls are always helping in the kitchen. I would like to say that it is a quick bedtime snack but no there was a jammie day this week. Somedays are just meant for lounging, and we Hannants love to comfy and enjoy a good lazy day every once in a while.
So this week we had a whole lot of nothing filled with adventure! Yup thats what I said nothing major going on here, but everyday with us has some adventure!

All in a Week!

What a week! Gotta love the warm sunny afternoon! If only it was really spring.

This has been one crazy week! It started out pretty normal, Mom sick, girls healthy, and Dad in charge of bedtime!
Now throw in Valentine's Day in the mix! Sorry Charlie, Mom is running on fumes this year. Good thing Cupid came and left surprise roses for the girls, which they loved. The girls and I managed to make a card and decorate the driveway Just in time for our bestimist Dad ever to come home. While Paul gets a do over. Now he gets to surprise me with a gesture of his love on another day without the pressure of a deadline. The Stutte side of this family is not so concerned with dates we believe in the spirit of all holidays not exactness, thus we highly believe in rescheduling, postponing, and best of all do overs!
note: Husband I am open to all surprise big and small!
A little monkey business as usual! When Dad plays with the girls it tends to get a little wild. If toys aren't flying children are, that is how we roll.
This week we had a first. Addie ate a cheese sandwich. It might seem small, but that child is a strong willed picky eater. She decided all on her own that she wanted a "mamwich" with cheese. My snake finally branched out from her nuggets, hotdog, and noodle diet, whoo hoo!
Another first was Avery's first outing in the snow! Go ahead and report me, I bundled her up and took her out to enjoy the beautiful blanket of snow!

I left one child to freeze as I put the other to work! We strongly embrace child labor at this house! While I just sat back, relaxed and watched them suffer. HA more like I was chased by a 3 year old armed with snowballs while trying to shovel the driveway before Avery got bored/cold!
Ahhhh Hanging out with Avery after her first lesson of ineffective snow removal.
While we worked on making something to eat Addie was busy playing in the backyard, jumping on the "nippery" trampoline. Our little/big snow bunny loves it when it snows. This morning when she came in, I told her that it snowed and she instantly wanted to see, "I see I see". Then she went on the hunt for all of her snow clothes. The amazement in a child eye is truly magical!

Just to recap, sick, holiday, sun, snow and finally mostly healthy!

Sunny Skies

This week was a random week filled with hanging out and being lazy with a side of sickness, yes we are still sick around here, we just can't seem to kick this hacking cough! But on a good note Avery now sits up! She is also remembering how to crawl. You would think that one couldn't forget something as important as a means of movement. But Avery did! A few weeks ago she was shimming and a shaking all over the place then all of sudden she stopped! No shimmies or shakes of that cute little bootie, just the mission impossible!
Saturday was absolutely lovely. Addie was thrilled to be able to enjoy her sandbox, sidewalk chalk and all her other outside toys! If only she stop making silly faces and smile for the camera! Oh well your only 3 once!
Saturday was also a big day for Ellie Dog, she got a haircut! I'm not sure who loves Ellie's haircut the most, Me, Ellie, or Addie! Who cares, the fury beast is now clean and soft again!
I took advantage of the beautiful weather to revamp some DI treasures! Addie insisted upon using the purple paint, she helped me pick the colors. Now if I can just find somewhere to put them.
Ahhhhh much better. I love my new lamp! It is one that you just have to touch and it turns on and dims. Love it! Oh and just a little tip I learned never skip the primer, it is always worth the extra step!

Well that is all for this week, hopefully next week will be filled with tales of healthy children and their funny antics.

Valentine's day Came Early

We Love packages, especially when they are from Inonna. The best part is that everything is wrapped even the candy. Its like Christmas all over again! Yippeee!

Gees Innona you are a genius! How did you know that I needed tight, especially pink ones! They taste great too!
I bet Innona didn't know that Avery would love the Red Vines just as much as Addie! We believe in starting the sugar addiction young in our family!

One LaZy Week

WoW who let that Cowgirl Princess in?
As I was sacked out on the couch feeling like a pile of poo, Addie practiced for the rodeo!
No mistaking who this child belongs to! Who knew that cheese addiction was genetic.
It is true we have all taken turns being sick. I blame Avery she started it and now has it again!
At least carrots cheered her up for a little while. Really she hasn't been that cranky, she is one happy kid, well when she is being held, fed or played with!

Yup Rapunzel jammies again. I can barely get them off of her, good thing he had several jammie days while we attempted to get healthy! I worked for 2/3rds of us.
