All in a Week!

What a week! Gotta love the warm sunny afternoon! If only it was really spring.

This has been one crazy week! It started out pretty normal, Mom sick, girls healthy, and Dad in charge of bedtime!
Now throw in Valentine's Day in the mix! Sorry Charlie, Mom is running on fumes this year. Good thing Cupid came and left surprise roses for the girls, which they loved. The girls and I managed to make a card and decorate the driveway Just in time for our bestimist Dad ever to come home. While Paul gets a do over. Now he gets to surprise me with a gesture of his love on another day without the pressure of a deadline. The Stutte side of this family is not so concerned with dates we believe in the spirit of all holidays not exactness, thus we highly believe in rescheduling, postponing, and best of all do overs!
note: Husband I am open to all surprise big and small!
A little monkey business as usual! When Dad plays with the girls it tends to get a little wild. If toys aren't flying children are, that is how we roll.
This week we had a first. Addie ate a cheese sandwich. It might seem small, but that child is a strong willed picky eater. She decided all on her own that she wanted a "mamwich" with cheese. My snake finally branched out from her nuggets, hotdog, and noodle diet, whoo hoo!
Another first was Avery's first outing in the snow! Go ahead and report me, I bundled her up and took her out to enjoy the beautiful blanket of snow!

I left one child to freeze as I put the other to work! We strongly embrace child labor at this house! While I just sat back, relaxed and watched them suffer. HA more like I was chased by a 3 year old armed with snowballs while trying to shovel the driveway before Avery got bored/cold!
Ahhhh Hanging out with Avery after her first lesson of ineffective snow removal.
While we worked on making something to eat Addie was busy playing in the backyard, jumping on the "nippery" trampoline. Our little/big snow bunny loves it when it snows. This morning when she came in, I told her that it snowed and she instantly wanted to see, "I see I see". Then she went on the hunt for all of her snow clothes. The amazement in a child eye is truly magical!

Just to recap, sick, holiday, sun, snow and finally mostly healthy!
